Emma Pearsall
President
With a background in field engineering and project management, Emma’s new role is President of Pearsall Railroad Services, LLC. As a small business owner, she wears many hats, including: project proposition, accounting, procurement, and human resources. She has a BS in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
Stephen Pearsall
Director of Field Operations
Stephen is responsible for our growing team of construction managers and track inspectors for Pearsall Railroad Services. After over a decade of working for a Class I railroad and then a consultant, he brings a breadth of experience to the team, including: minor rehabilitation projects to major greenfield construction projects; industrial track to multiple mainline; from concept through design and bid, to post-construction; from specification reviews to punchlist generation. Stephen is a licensed Professional Engineer in TX, AR, TN, and OH and has a BS in Civil Engineering and a BS in Construction Management from North Carolina State University.
